Born in Saskatchewan and raised in Alberta, Mark has always considered Edmonton, AB home. He graduated ” Honours with Distinction” from NAIT in 2003 with a diploma in Business Administration. After graduation Mark then worked in many different industries and fields including Hydro Power Generation till finally settling into the mortgage business in 2007. For the past 18 years Mark has been honing his skills in all facets of the mortgage business, from bank lending to mortgage brokering traditional A business and then working for the last 7 and a half years specializing in private lending. Now in 2025, the timing is right and the opportunity is ready for Mark to bring a creative, advanced and user focused experience to residential private lending in Alberta.
Mark has an unhealthy obsession with the Edmonton Oilers and although in 2025 that seems to be understandable, Mark had this obsession for 2 decades now and for the better part of 15 years, he probably should have found a different hobby. Let’s Go Oilers!!!
