NO FEE STATMENTS
At DMS Borrowers are not charged a fee for informational statements on 2 requests per year; Additional statements carry a $50 fee for each additional request
WELCOME CALL
The DMS Office Manager; Mark Berry, personally calls every borrower within 10 days of funding to go over the loan details and to ensure the payment details and frequency are accurate. Are goal is to provide the smoothest transition to lower cost lending that is possible
DISCOUNTED NSF FEES
If Borrowers send in a confirmed payment (E-Transfer) within 5 Business days of the missed payment date, the fee is reduced to $150
